Long Term Care
Singlife CareShield Standard and Plus
Both plans offer enhanced support for severe disabilities in addition to the existing government schemes, so you can have better assurance for you and your loved ones.

What’s Severe Disability?
A person is considered severely disabled and in need of long-term care when they can’t independently perform at least three of the six Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Disability often means more than one struggle - 99% of Singlife’s claimants had three or more ADL limitations.

Average Spend on Long-Term Care per Month
Long-term care costs have been rising – from $2,324 per month in 2018 to $2,952 per month in 2024 – increasing at about 4% per year, outpacing even general inflation.
